We created the most efficient Sales Management Suite of solutions for the Automotive industry, while having the goal to diversify into other industries. These modular solutions are built on the Salesforce platform, and they help companies improve their customer satisfaction, sales productivity, and revenues. We are proud of the fact that our products help so many people tackle their business challenges in an easy manner, and this makes us hungry to work on further solutions as part of our innovative and challenging product roadmap.

What you will do with Xotigo?

  • As part of the Sales & Marketing team you are the first point of contact for potential new B2B customers, you will represent the company and provide an initial overview of our product portfolio.
  • Active research and identification of potential new customers in our target industries and markets.
  • Initiating new customer relationships via social media, email and telephone.
  • Qualification of leads, providing requested product and company materials and coordination of inquiries.
  • Continuous documentation and tracking of all information and activities in our CRM system
  • Executing follow-up activities after webinars and events with interested parties.
  • Contribution and support to our marketing activities including content, newsletters, campaigns and events.

What skills do we seek in you?

  • Qualification in commercial / technical field with min. three years of professional experience in a SaaS business development role preferably in the B2B automotive or manufacturing area.
  • Experience in customer outreach including by telephone.
  • Self-motivated and organised with the ability to remotely manage multiple tasks and appointments in parallel.
  • Self-confident and positive demeanour to actively approach people and quickly build up your network.
  • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
  • Confident in dealing with digital media and modern communication channels.
  • Experience of using CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to grow and develop yourself in a dynamic, exciting environment.
