Over nearly two decades at Volkswagen Group, including eight years as Group CIO, he led one of the industry’s largest global IT organizations and drove enterprise-wide transformation across data platforms, digital architectures and intelligent decision systems.
Today, Martin Hofmann is recognized as a leading voice in AI-driven enterprise transformation in Europe. His work focuses on how organizations design enterprise intelligence before deployment — aligning architecture, decision rights and trust structures to institutionalize autonomy at scale. He advises technology companies and investors, and brings executive experience from Salesforce, Volta Trucks.
